Before starting CMJ Solutions, I spent years implementing enterprise SaaS platforms for organizations across financial services, advertising, education, and software. That work taught me how to translate complex technical requirements into systems that actually get adopted, and how to train teams so the investment sticks long after the engagement ends.

Now I bring that same discipline to nonprofits and small businesses that need real technology solutions but don’t have a full IT department to lean on.
