Practical Tech Help for Nonprofits and Small Businesses

Technology solutions for organizations and small businesses that don't come with a learning curve.

Based in North Carolina, I help organizations build websites, fix broken ones, automate workflows, and make sense of their data. Whether you need a new site, someone to take over and repair an existing one, or a way to stop doing the same manual task every week, I deliver solutions that are practical, sustainable, and built for your team to own.

“Cameron has been a tremendous help in setting up the website for my nonprofit organization in Guatemala. His communication, knowledge, and expertise have been outstanding, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.”

How I Work

Every project follows the same straightforward process.

1

Discovery

We start with a conversation about what you're trying to accomplish, what tools you're already using, and where things are falling short.

2

Scope & Plan

I put together a clear project plan with a defined timeline, deliverables, and cost so there are no surprises.

3

Build & Review

I build in stages and check in along the way so you see progress and can give feedback before anything is final.

4

Handoff & Training

Every project ends with a walkthrough. You'll know how everything works and how to manage it going forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with nonprofits?

No. Most of my clients are nonprofits and public health departments, but I also work with small businesses like custom home builders and local retailers. If you don't have an IT department, I'm probably a good fit.

Can you help with our Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)?

Yes. I'm a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder. I clean up messy data, build Flows to automate gift entry and acknowledgments, and set up reports your board can read.

Can you help our team start using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. I set up AI tools for small teams, connect them to the documents and data you already have, and train staff to use them for grant writing, donor letters and reporting.

Do you build Power BI dashboards?

Yes. I've built public dashboards for Walworth County Public Health and reporting for nonprofits that report to funders and boards. Every dashboard comes with a training session.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted at a fixed price after a free consultation, so you know the cost up front.

Where are you located?

I'm based in North Carolina and work remotely with clients across the US and internationally, including Hawaii, Guatemala and the Netherlands.

What happens after the project ends?

You own everything I build. I train your team to run it, and I offer optional monthly support if you'd like someone on call.

Have a project in mind or a problem to solve?

Whether you're starting from scratch or need someone to take over something that's not working, I'm here to help.
